EODD Scam? A Review

I am a bit suspicious of diet plans offered on the web, so when I read about the Every Other Day Diet, EODD scam was the first thing that came into my mind. There are so many diets out there which promise fast weight loss without effort that it is difficult to judge just how effective any particular one might be.
A bit of research revealed comments by disatisfied customers who had asked for their money back and received it because they were not satisfied, but there are always those who will cry ‘scam’ and take advantage of using the product and getting a refund. Actually, this system is well thought out and will give you great results if you show discipline. It’s obvious that if you cut calories, even on an Every Other Day diet, you will lose weight, provided you do not overdo the burgers and milkshakes the second day.

Like many people I searched for EODD scam and found a few grumbles, which is bound to happen because some people just complain for the sake of it and failed to show restraint on their own parts, but nothing to suggest a scam.
Let’s face it. Most people fail when they diet. I’ve failed before, you’ve failed before, and it’s simply something that happens because a longstanding eating habit got us into this position to begin with. It’s hard to kick that sometimes, but it doesn’t make this plan a bad one by any means. If you don’t think you can behave yourself on the diet days, the Every Other Day Diet isn’t for you.

A three week trial of EODD has certainly brought results. Dieting every other day cuts calories and fats so over time there is visible weight loss. I followed the plan on the days I was actually counting the calories and ate what I wanted the next day. The key here is to enjoy what you want to eat but not to over eat or ‘pig out’ on cake, ice cream and chocolate. It is easy to follow this diet and I lost five pounds in three weeks. This isn’t a huge amount but it is a good safe rate of weight loss that can be maintained.
It is understandable that many people will disbelieve the claims made for any diet and be wary of parting with their money but this one is sensible and achievable. When I first came across the Every Other Day Diet, or EODD scam was my first thought, but I was wrong. It works and now I’ve bought it I can use it over and over if I wish, and maintain that new slender shape.
